***PLEASE NOTE: I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times the check-in experience is completely robotic and lacking any warmth or charm from the employees with "Kiki" being the absolute worst. Kiki flat out ignored me twice when I was speaking to him directly, and his level of condescension is unsurpassed. I absolutely think he should not be working directly with human beings, as he acts like he is omnipotent. That aside the hotel is clean and in an excellent location.***
