Tooth paste, sanding, and WD-40 are old school! We restored that brand new appearance on the Infiniti M35 headlights using the expensive way. This is the process of how I clean up those foggy oxidizes headlight lens. If you don't have a dual action random orbital polisher, then GET ONE! & don't forget to apply some sort of sealer to the headlight lens
