My name is Lisa Berman Sylvestri. I am a physical therapist, practicing since 2000, and a dually certified Certified Lymphedema Therapist since 2008. The goal of the channel is to help both patients and clinicians understand the most up to date research in the field of Lymphology to make better decisions regarding treatments.

I also have a selection of exercise videos to help patients gain the confidence to start moving, 10 minutes at a time.

Brain lymphatics have been known about for over 10 years now, but there is still so much we are learning day to day. This first video gives a basic understanding of the lymphatic systems (yup - 2!) are in the brain, as well as a very brief summary of how they are working.
