A closedown from HTV on Sunday 26th December 1982 (although technically the early hours of the 27th).
Thanks to commenter ann onn for identifying the date of the recording. The conversation is in the comments below. Also thanks to commenters confirming this was an HTV Wales closedown and not a dual region one. I don't know how I missed that!
