Billelis Daily Sculpt Timelapse - Failure Is Fun - Episode 5

So many experiments result in failure, and that is absolutely fine. The goal is simply To experiment, learn and through the process of play find new techniques.

What you see here was one of those days. No clear concept, no end goal, nothing to show for but 2 hours spent constantly trying… even though I hated everything.

I could feel my frustration growing and I eventually gave up, but that is perfectly fine because I tried, I experimented and yes I failed but at least I tried...

My entire career as an artist has been one giant experiment built through thousands of smaller tests over the years and I feel that is why I still love what to do, because it satisfies my inner childhood curiosity.

So just do the thing, many times you will "fail" but you will learn something everytime :)
