2 Eggs (medium size)
Brown Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
2-3 mashed Bananas
Vegetable Oil 120ml (½ cup)
Plain Flour 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda ⅓ teaspoon
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Chocolate chips (optional)
Chopped Nuts (optional)

Peanut Butter Frosting:
Peanut Butter 3-4 tablespoons
Cream Cheese 100g (½ cup)
Powdered Sugar 200g (1 ½ cups)

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 35-40 minutes
