Davao City Vice Mayor and Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) Local Chairperson Sebastian Duterte delivers the welcome remarks and presents an audio-visual presentation (AVP) showing short clips of the President and welcoming the Chief Executive back to Davao City after six (6) years of serving as President of the Republic of the Philippines.
The event is attended by members of the First Family, HNP-HTL candidates, party-list representatives, Davao City’s First, Second and Third District Representatives, barangay officials and other guests.
