I was drawn to shelves holding wine cratels I made
having gifted a few recently, it was time to balance the space
turned out nicer than expected & my Dad came to mind
he balanced his space too
once his family left & on his own
so cool to feel the synchronicity
today's date 9/11 then appeared
the day he left the Island
& the space created for him
he had changed his mind
choosing the family drama
honoring his choice
was the hardest lesson to learn
but today brought more clarity
