Edit to add: In order to "bleed to death" from a tongue piercing, you would literally have to die of personal neglect. Even if you are pierced through a vein in the tongue and require surgery to close it, you should have plenty of time to get to a hospital and get that taken care of. You're more likely to die of an infection than bleeding to death, and again; in the case of extreme personal neglect.

I shouldn't say that I did these randomly. I was in love with venoms from the first time I saw them, but I didn't plan on actually getting a tongue piercing.. pretty much ever. When I did decide to get one, I went with venoms instead of a standard tongue piercing.

I was slightly misleading about the ice. You can suck on ice more often than what I say. Throughout the day, like after you eat or before, pop in an ice cube. You can do it more than just in the morning. I should have worded that better.

With using a sea salt rinse: if it burns really bad, you're using too much salt. If your tongue turns white, you're rinsing too often. Cut back some. You're upsetting the balance of bacteria in your mouth and you'll get thrush if you overdo it. Thrush = yeast. It's like getting a yeast infection in your mouth. Yeast naturally occurs in your mouth, but when you're body thinks it needs to overcompensate, you end up with thrush.
