Da qui inizia a viaggire in tutto il mondo, dal Cairo, al Giappone, agli Stati Uniti. Per tre anni responsabile del regolamento e dell'organizzazione del prestigioso concorso "World Chocolate Masters", oggi è consulente indipendente per prestigiose scuole di tutto il mondo, dove riesce a trasmettere la sua profonda conoscenza e la sua passione per la pasticceria e la cioccolateria, in un mix ben bilanciato tra cultura occidentale e orientale. In Italia, è stato il protagonista di Best Bakery - La Migliore Pasticceria d'Italia, su Tv8.

Una sfera quadrata sembra quasi uno strano gioco di parole, una figura impossibile sia da immaginare sia da realizzare.
