Peter Green Guitar Lesson - 5 Bluesbreakers Licks

In this guitar lesson, we are looking at one of the most influential figures of the British blues scene, Peter Green.

We're focusing on five licks from his time with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers.

All of the licks are from the 1967 album, 'A Hard Road', on which Peter played his 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard, serial number 9 2208.

Affectionately known as 'Greeny', this iconic 'burst' is one of the most famous 1959 Les Pauls in the world.

Having been played for many years after Peter by Gary Moore, it is now being put to use by the renowned Kirk Hammett of Metallica.
