I recently dropped my camera and the internal battery stopped working. As I picked it up cheap on eBay I thought I might as well open it up and see if I could change the battery myself.
It was pretty easy to do, the only tricky part was getting the ribbon cable back in but with a bit of time and care you will be fine.
For this, I needed a long T10 screwdriver and a small pair of pliers.
To find the battery, search for fp3800-904584c2s1p
