The British Army Soldier Turned Traitor

The UK has a Spy Problem!

This is a British army soldier, Daniel Khalife. This treasonous man is the worst of the lot. He joined the British army in 2018. But soon after starting service he contacted a man in Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

He proceeded to build connections with Iranian contacts, being given £1,500 that was left in a dog poo bag in a north London park for him to collect.

In exchange Khalife gave the Iranians the names of 15 active duty soldiers, including several in the special forces and two classified documents, one on drones and another on “Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance”.

He also put a fake bomb made out of 3 nitrous oxide cannisters, leaving it on his desk, which was found and disposed of by a bomb disposal unit after he failed to report for duty.

On top of this, in 2019 he reportedly emailed MI6 offering to be a double agent with his own lawyer calling the idea “hapless” and more “Scooby-Doo” than “007”.

He was obviously then arrested in 2023, was thrown in jail then escaped by strapping himself to the bottom of a delivery truck. He caught 75 hours later having made an attempt to contact the Iranian’s again saying “I wait.”, probably hoping to get picked up and shipped off to his buddies in Iran.

He will be sentenced early next year
