Toni's Debut 2022 - Cotillion Dance

A “Cotillion”, also known as a “Debut”, is a traditional Filipino celebration of a young woman's 18th birthday. The debutante typically has a court that dances the waltz during the reception.

On May 29, 2022, we celebrated Toni's Debut at the coolest venue ever, Hangar 21 located in the Fullerton Airport in Southern California. Hosted by her amazing parents Yvette & Toni and attended by hundreds of their families and friends.

I had the honor to choreograph their waltz to the theme of UP, a PIXAR movie production. After three months of training, hard work, and learning how to dance the waltz for the first time, I am proud to present Toni and her cotillion court showcase their performance.
