An open-source AI system that acts as a digital detective for enterprise support teams. Built with Streamlit, LangChain, GPT-4o-mini, and Qdrant, it shortens case research time from 4 days to just hours by analyzing IBM enterprise documentation, connecting evidence, and generating actionable investigative recommendations.

💡 How It Works
Upload and analyze 9 IBM product guides (85MB, 3804 pages → 4125 chunks)
Run ensemble retrieval (BM25 + semantic) with Cohere re-ranking
Generate case records with evidence linking, quality scoring, and specialist assignment
Monitor system performance and AI conversations with LangSmith integration
Deploy easily with single-container Docker setup using in-memory Qdrant
