InJet® 388 TWIN CRRD “Sausage Dog” is developed primarily for high-capacity and precise PCBA cleaning. The cleaning system can also be used for high-capacity removal of solder pastes and SMT adhesives from stencils, PumpPrint, squeegees and misprints.
Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber, after which the cleaned part is automatically transported to the central passage chamber where the first rinsing process takes place. The last third and outlet chambers are for the final rinse and drying process.
Both chambers (inlet and outlet) can be used simultaneously, which increases machine capacity and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.
Thanks to the manual welding and quality of the materials, DCT offers the longest warranty in the market which is 15 years.

InJet® 388 TWIN CRRD is developed primarily for high-capacity and precision post-soldering board cleaning.
The cleaning system can also be used for high-capacity cleaning of solder paste and SMT adhesives from stencils, PumPrints, squeegees or misprints.
The combination of Spray In-Air technology and vertical layout secures the highest efficiency of the cleaning process with zero shadowing effect. Maximizing the efficiency of the cleaning process is achieved by spraying cleaning fluid directly onto the cleaned component.
The whole system is a 100% closed-loop and does not need any connections to process fluids or drainage.
All of the processes are fully automated, and take place in 3 process chambers.
Cleaning with chemistry takes place in the first inlet chamber. Then the cleaned part is automatically transported to the central pass-through chamber where the pre-rinsing process takes place. The third and last outlet chamber is designed for final rinsing and drying processes.
Two chambers can be used simultaneously, which doubles the capacity of the process.
Separation of the individual processes saves time, minimizes cross-contamination and lowers the process fluid consumption, therefore reducing process costs.
The cleaning process is monitored and controlled by the PLC.
All the process parameters such as time, temperature and other variables can be quickly adjusted on the touch screen.
The unique feature of video manuals can be accessed directly from the touch screen. These videos easily guide you to keep the system properly maintained.
The whole system is designed for easy access and regular maintenance tasks such as exchange of filters and seals that can be done quickly and without using any tools. Stainless steel construction ensures long term reliability and stability of the machine.
The cleaning chemistry can be easily refilled through the process chamber. Our laboratory specialists will determine which of our 200+ types of cleaning fluids is best suited for your application.
