A precedented Show of Resistance

In an unprecedented show of resistance, the termite soldiers swarmed the Emperor Scorpion, and gouged at its joints.

Collapsing in the mound, it was torn apart by the very creatures it sought to prey upon.


I believe this is the first ever kill of the Emperor Scorpion on Impossible difficulty. Also I didn't have any good ideas for a title.

Notes: The Scorpion starts with 6k ish HP base, but it's not possible to kill it before it grows up into its Titan form, which has 30k HP. The Scorpion regenerates 10% of its HP every night, and you must keep one enemy termite mound alive by defending them from the Matabele raids. Food on the map is limited, so you should aim to kill the Scorpion quickly, along with amassing level 3 minor workers for their massive 1.5x fungus production. Unlike what I did, DO enable mounting for major soldiers.

If you have no plans to kill the Scorpion, which you won't in a normal playthrough anyway, sacrifice a group of minor soldiers with attack off to it every night, like I did at the start.
