New prepaid water meters have wreaked havoc in Knysna in the Southern Cape. Hornlee residents are rejecting the new system - saying they were not consulted. They took their anger to the N-2 highway with burning tyres. The Knysna municipality has refuted the community's claims. Scores of residents from have rejected the new system, calling it discriminatory.
