Printer Upgrades! CR10 V2/V3 V Rollers Maintenance and Swap

I purchased a handful of parts from various suppliers to upgrade my printer and now we're starting to put them in. With the maintenance done on my Titan Extruder it's time to fix the other issues.
What issues, you ask? First, my rollers are aging. It's been over a year since I got this printer and I am using the factory rollers. These rollers are wearing out and deforming.

Polycarbonate rollers are tougher, stiffer, and more enduring than the regular rubber rollers. I bought 20 of them with the intention of replacing all of them.

I have tried to purchase Eccentric Spacers on amazon, but it never works out. TinyMachines has been able to supply me with much more reliably. The working diameter is around a 7.5mm hole or 19/64. You can get larger, you just need to also get a larger drill.

Drill Bit. It's an odd size, and you can get it in Metric because for some reason we're still Imperial and the Creality is made using Metric measurements. Since the plate is aluminum you do not need anything terribly fancy or expensive.

My M-Bolt assortment kit. The only thing I used out of this kit were the washers, but having the whole kit is useful for other small alterations to your printer or if you just need a bolt.

Lastly, the silicone spacers. No more springs and less adjustments. However, you will need to adjust even after everything is said and done, but you should adjust it less. This is part of a larger adjustment so if you don't do the next videos elements you may want to hold off on this.
