Splash Mountain in Disneyland and WDW’s Magic Kingdom will be rethemed into The Princess and the Frog. I want to address what I’m gonna do with this video since it may concern some.
Splash Mountain is based on a portion of the 1946 Disney film, Song of the South, which is notorious for being a racist/problematic movie (for more info you can google or search on YouTube—I recommend checking Dreamsounds' videos which I’ve linked below). As for what I’ll do with my two Splash Mountain videos (Zip-a-dee-doo-dah and Ev’rybody Has a Laughing Place) I’ve decided to keep them up for educational purposes. It’s best to learn from mistakes and not do them again rather than to erase them and make those same mistakes.
