We were delighted to welcome chefs and food service stakeholders from NHS England, NHS Dorset, and NHS South West to Waddock Farm in Dorset for a day of live cookery demos, farm tours, education, and collaboration.
Mathieu Eke, Catering Manager at Yeovil Hospital, and our development chef Al Brady showcased how watercress can be used in NHS menus while serving up delicious tasters for everyone to enjoy. Guests also explored the farm, met the team behind British watercress, and learned about the incredible health benefits this superfood brings to healthcare catering.
