Handbag Clinic is a luxury service in London that restores, authenticates, and resells designer handbags and shoes. Cofounder Charlotte Staerck walks us through how one of Handbag Clinic's artisans dyes a vintage Dior saddle bag. This includes cleaning the bag with a bristle brush and cleaning foam to remove oil and debris, painting the leather with different sized brushes, applying edge coat, and constructing a new velcro strap.
