This is now Week 6 of our 2 Month Fat Loss Journey and since I've mainly shown y'all the workout portion of this weight loss process I figured why not hone in on some of the tips and tricks to stay within your calorie limits, and overall tips on how to not fee like you're starving while trying to lose weight. I am also going to be showing y'all a full What I Eat In a Day on a cut with ingredients, cooking instructions, and the whole shabang! I know the diet part is the hardest for a lot of y'all so I hope you learn something helpful and can draw value out of this video!
