This is just a simple porridge to give a boost of energy.
40g Seamoss
1/2 cup of raw red skin peanut
1 cup of oats
5 cups of water
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup of coconut milk
1 Tin condensed milk ( sweeten to taste)
1tbsp of vanilla
1tsp almond essence
1/2 cinnamon stick (boil with seamoss and remove after done boiling).
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1tsp nutmeg
