If you don't need all of the bells and whistles (e.g., silicone rails, longer carbon plate, etc.), this is a very serviceable board and can take you from your first steps getting on and taxiing with the wing all the way through your first flights and transitions--for nearly half the price of the larger, name brand competitors.
