千葉県成田市にある「名鳥」さんではレギュラーメニューの鰻だけではなく、夏になるとザリガニを提供しています。現地名「エビガニ」と呼ばれ海老のような食感と蟹のような味でエビガニと呼ばれるようになったようです。そのエビガニの味とは？ぜひ最後までご覧ください。
