How to make simple texture / model swap mods in Elden Ring

Hey everyone! Over the weekend I taught myself how to make basic texture / color / model swaps for weapons and armor in Elden Ring. I decided I'd share this knowledge with all of you, as it's a fairly simple process other content creators can use to customize their gear to make Theme runs more visually striking, or just to have their Logo on their favorite shield!
