My journey began when my daughter asked my husband and I to go to Greece for her birthday. I found myself in another situation where I tell myself, "I'm not the type of person that does that?" But, unlike the times before, I then asked myself, "why not?" That, "why not?" turned into "why not!" as I realized that I didn't have to stay that type of person. I took that belief, built a new way forward, and stepped into alignment. I was always meant to be an Empowered Wellness Coach, right here, with all of you.
