I am huge fan of AP Dhillon Songs , Always tried attempting his composition
This Dance Fitness Routine can be used as a cardio routine may be on the 7th or 11th number in your One Hour (14 songs )playlist . Its a fun routine with helps as a filler between a high cardio and toning tracks . You can also consider this as a pre cool down routine and use it as 3rd last or 2nd last track .
