Here I am taking a video of my 92 civic hatchback. In the video I try to discribe what is going on but the needle seems to stop around 1500 RPM's the jumps up to the reading the motor is at. It also does this were slowing down. Also on the highway going about 70 mph the needle sometimes will flicker like a connection is being lost but the car does not sputter or stall. Im not sure what is causing this but if you have any ideas please let me know! Thanks! right around the 5min mark onward is where you will see it mostly but hopefully you watch the whole video.
