We decided to expand even further with our knife chi sau series and release yet another instructional video on this topic. In this video you will be learning advanced techniques with this sensitivity/energy drill that is similar to "chi sau" in Wing Chun, but with knives instead. This is an incredibly rare exercise brought to us by Sifu Lamoreaux and you will find it nowhere else except this channel.
