The South County Connector is a service running from San Jose Diridon station to Gilroy. Caltrain operates this train running 4 northbound trains in the morning and 4 southbound trains in the evening. The service still runs with Caltrain's old equipment which includes MP36s, F40s, and bombardier bi-level cars. Since the corridor which the SCC runs on is not electrified.
