The Fibber is a very unique weapon. It is a Hyperion pistol with three different possible barrels that all have very different properties. This particular barrel is "Barrel 3", and has a ricochet effect.
This particular weapon requires cooperative terrain and lines of sight to be used properly, but when those are available, this weapon is extremely powerful.With this weapon, sometimes you won't be able to see the enemies' health bars when aiming properly.
It definitely doesn't suck, but it has its caveats.
