A sample, traditional "at home" prayer routine before meals:
[Chant or say:] Rich men have turned poor and gone hungry, but those who seek the Lord shall not be deprived of any good thing. (Psalm 33 (34):10)
[Or say:] The poor shall eat and be satisfied. Those who seek the Lord shall praise Him. Their hearts shall live forever. (Psalm 21 (22):26)
[Then:] Christ our God, bless this food and drink of Your servants, and multiply it throughout the world for those who need it the most. For You alone are holy, now and forever and to the ages of ages. Amen.
