Welcome back to the Mustang Terminator project!
This video is all about crucial forward progress and getting the first real coat down. We start by ripping off the battered front bumper to access the remaining damage. Then, we dive into the gritty reality of sanding, cleaning, and prepping the right side of the engine bay.
The big win for this session? We got the first coat of primer applied! It's a massive improvement, taking the area from bare metal and filth to a smooth, clean surface ready for paint. It feels great to be doing this level of work outside with limited tools and no garage!
I haven't decided on the final color yet—that's a mystery for an upcoming video!
Next Up: More engine bay bodywork and hopefully, some major components coming out!
