PALO TRAS PALO, Igor Urruchi - teaser

Un concierto del clarinetista Igor Urruchi en homenaje al pintor José Manuel Fuentes, el cual usó la madera y los palos como elemento figurativo en su última etapa pictórica.

Con la serie "Palo tras palo" reflexiona sobre el paso del tiempo, la belleza, el amor, la Naturaleza, la vida, la muerte... Una selección de sus cuadros, llenos de fuerza y significado, estéticamente potentes y emocionalmente cargados, son el centro de este concierto con música original de Igor Urruchi y del compositor Federico Mosquera. El escritor cubano Reinaldo Montero ha desarrollado textos breves para este concierto de autor y, gracias a las animaciones del videoartista también cubano Juan Carlos Pérez, los cuadros de Fuentes cobran vida.

A concert by clarinetist Igor Urruchi in homage to the painter José Manuel Fuentes, who used wood and sticks as a figurative element in his last pictorial stage.

With the series "Stick after stick" he reflects on the passage of time, beauty, love, Nature, life, death... A selection of his paintings, full of strength and meaning, aesthetically powerful and emotionally charged, are the focus of this concert with original music by Igor Urruchi and the composer Federico Mosquera. The Cuban writer Reinaldo Montero has developed short texts for this author's concert and, thanks to the animations of the also Cuban video artist Juan Carlos Pérez, Fuentes' paintings come to life.
