LT. CDR Bijay G. Nair is a veteran of the Indian Navy, a decorated war hero, and a passionate marathon runner who was a commissioned Naval Officer from the Naval Academy and served 10 years of splendid service with many medals and accolades. He was a young 22-year-old Naval Officer, served in Operation Talwar, a Navy-led vertical of Operation Vijay (famously known as the Kargil War), and was decorated with the Kargil Medal in 1999.

Currently, as an ex-naval officer, he actively contributes in nation building patriotic events, inspires by sharing incredible stories of war and echoes the valor of Indian Armed Forces. He is guiding and shaping young minds, educating youth on the importance of healthy lifestyle, strategic training and the legacy of love, that is Bharat nation. He is a sought after TEDx Speaker, an awarded Author and Fit India Ambassador, championing the cause as an Ultra Marathoner.
