SVG-Single valve gate hot runner system. It is a newly developed single valve gate hot runner system by Ann Tong. It won an award at the 2014 Taipei Plus Exhibition and won the Taiwan Excellence Award 2016.
This system injects the melt into the mold cavity to create the final form. It is an energy-saving, environmentally-friendly hot runner system. Unlike cold runner systems, it will not produce a slug. It functions as an extension of the injection machine nozzle. Therefore, it also known as a "runnerless valve nozzle system".
