Today I get to visit one of the coolest air ambulance systems in the entire world! This is Trooper 1 just east of Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A. and just 1 of their 9 AW139s they have in their fleet. This service does law enforcement, med evac, search & rescue, and even ops for Homeland Security...Come check it out!
