Hey friends! After many tries, I'm so happy to share this gluten free and dairy free wonton wrappers. They have a classic eggy yellow color from the egg yolks. These wrappers are perfect for siew mai and wonton, and they will be great for ravioli, too!
The key to a great gluten free wonton wrappers - same as dumpling wrappers - is heat and starch. Using boiled water is always a short cut from steaming or cooking the dough. Microwave adds a quick bond for the starch to gel. This is a fail-proof easy recipe, and I hope you will give it a try!
