How to Study Difficult Subjects or Topics | Scientific ways to learn faster

While studying a difficult topic or subject. Do you procrastinate or freeze.
In the video, i have shared some scientific ways to learn difficult subjects easily.
1) Start with basics - Basics are the building block of every concept.
2) Review the same information multiple times instead of cramming
3) Try to learn the same information in variety of ways by reading textbooks, class notes or you can also watch youtube video of that topic.
4) Take notes by hand instead of using phone or laptop
5) Change subjects while studying continuously
6) Break hard questions in parts
7) Test yourself frequently by asking questions to yourself
8) Develop a habit of making summaries of long answers
9) Make connection with practical things around you
10) Read information loud
11) Take breaks of 5-10 min after every 30-50 min of study
12) Reward yourself after end of your study session
