Hi Fam! Thanks for hitting play again! Today is all about the upper body with 5 moves and a workout that is under 30 mins - warmup, cool down and victory dance included! :-) All you need is a pair of dumbbells or bands - you can use household items too!
The Method:

20 Banded Pull Aparts
10 Arm Circles (forward/backward)
▪️Workout▪️
Bicep Curls 4x12
Tricep Extensions 4x20
Bent Elbow Flys 4x12
Hammer Curls 4x12
Military Press 4x12
