There are eight disused stations in and around the small North Wales seaside resort of Prestatyn.
All have been left in varying states, with disused goods sheds to overgrown platforms, with infrastructure such as loading gauges, station cranes and original fencing dating back from the days of the railways.
On the mainline lies the former Talacre Station and first Prestatyn station. The current Prestatyn station, despite a multi million pound redevelopment in recent years, still has three disused platforms.
The Dyserth branch was a freight line which was converted to passenger use as well. This two mile long line boasted no less than six stations and today, the old trackbed has been converted into a walkway.
