Building Champions has been something I have been called to do on many occasions over a variety of sports and fitness challenges. Hunter McIntyre is the reigning champion in Hyrox competitions and holder of the world record. Hunter and I have worked together for about a decade, preparing him for everything from Spartan World Championship, CrossFit Games, and more recently Hyrox. With The 2024 Hyrow World Championships looming shortly, we are once again working to shave off precious time to not only maintain championship status but to crush the competition. This Video is the first installment of a 2 part series sharing some of the work we do.
