[Quick Demo] Embroidery on 100% polyester polos made EASY!

For today, I have an extremely thin 100% polyester polo and I will be demonstrating how I do left chest embroidery on these pieces!

Detailed Breakdown:
For today, I had a client request embroidery on an extremely thin 100% polyester polo. For projects like these, I like to use my 5.5” mighty hoop starter kit which comes with the fixture to perfectly align the hoop onto the polo. For the stabilizer, I prefer to use two pieces of 2.5 oz stabilizer. If the design was denser, I would possibly use 3 or switch to two pieces of 3.0 oz stabilizer. Once I have the bottom hoop, stabilizer and garment set on the fixture, I can quickly and easily place the top hoop into its position and bring it over to the machine. On the machine, I like to trace the designs when it is a new design to make sure I do not have any issues with it when I embroider it out. In this case, I noticed the presser foot was a bit too high for the garment so I quickly adjusted this while the machine was stitching. When the garment is complete, you simply need to clean up the excess threads and stabilizer by carefully cutting it away without damaging the garment. Once you have that tidied up, the garment is complete! Thanks for watching.
