Note:
Some variants are omitted because I wasn't able to find them (i.e. 2000-02 PDO logo with 2000 DCO music)
I believe the 2000 logo from Playhouse Disney was used until 2002 because it can also be seen in 2002 episodes of The Book of Pooh.

Disney Jr. Originals is the production arm of the children's television block Disney Jr, which premiered on 14th February 2011, then on 23rd March 2012 as a channel, replacing SOAPnet (although it still survived on some providers as an "automated" network until it closed for good on 1st January 2014).
