I'm so sorry, Donkey Kong.
I've been using pivot forward tilt to cover getups for quite a while now without really thinking about it. One day, it randomly occurred to me that this should probably be labbed for optimisation and I should make a video about how broken it is.
I really want to clarify that a prepared opponent WILL be able to escape this, especially playing a floaty. Someone like Sheik can DI up and in then immediately jump to get out (or use a move to get landing lag) but it's still not the end of the world - you've got superior positioning and they're on the back foot.
This video is a bit shorter than my other guides but actually took by far the longest as I couldn't just grind training myself for all the footage. I also tried some new ideas in this video - in-game examples, subtitles and more clips in general. Do you guys prefer this new "format" to the older guides? If you'd rather no subtitles, less examples and less jump cuts in editing, please comment down below to tell me!
