The Minuteman MK12 Mod M. The poor man's SPR!

This rifle build has been a long time in the works. It has sat in my safe for quite a few years until a couple months ago when I decided I had enough spare pieces parts to put together my take on a more precision oriented rifle based on the iconic MK12.
