I just think this relationship is about the future, is about also what's going on in the present moment, and it will be something that the Miami Heat and staff itself will be doing for years. It's just a very good day and both sides, both companies, organizations, are paying forward, that's what it's about.

This is a tremendous endeavor and a very, very phenomenal partnership for Miami Orthopedic Sports Medicine Institute, Doctors Hospital Baptist Health South Florida. Basically, we're undergoing a 49,000 square foot facility here at Doctors Hospital to be exclusive for orthopedics, and that includes all modalities. It's unprecedented, particularly the part of the Miami Heat partnering with us in this incredible facility.

There's a lot of incentives, not just allowing the community to have access to the care that the pro athletes have but also endeavors in children's athletics, health and wellness in the community. We're excited about it and the Heat is excited about it and it's nice that these two major organizations in Miami have come together. I think the new entity is going to be very exciting.
