The Coronation Cathedral located in Alba Iulia is dedicated to the Holy Trinity and the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel. It is a Romanian Orthodox cathedral and the seat of the Romanian Orthodox Archdiocese of Alba Iulia, built between 1921–1922, just in time for the coronation of King Ferdinand and Queen Marie as monarchs of Romania on October 15, 1922.
